Q3: When can I get my machine after I paid?
A3: The delivery time is 10~60 days based on the exact machine you confirmed. 

Q4: How can I install my machine when it arrives?
A4: We will supply instruction manual for self installation or send our engineers to your factory to install the machines and train your staff how to operate the machines. 

Q5: How about the spare parts?
A5: We will supply easy-wearing spare parts for free. After we deal down all the things , we will offer you a spare parts list for your reference.

Q6: What is your R & D ability?
A6: We have strong R & D ability as we have engineers with high level in our field. We will make project feasibility evaluation and confirm with customers.
