The Semi-automatic Desktop Four-Wheel Clamping Screwing Capping Machine is designed for cap screwing applications across a variety of bottle shapes in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, pesticides, and cosmetics. The operation process includes manual cap feeding, automatic bottle clamping, and automatic cap screwing.
This machine features semi-automated operation with excellent stability and easy adjustment. It requires no additional spare parts when switching between different bottle types or cap sizes; adjustments can be made quickly and conveniently, making it a flexible and cost-effective solution for diverse production needs.
Operation Steps
1) Connect the power supply and compressed air.
2) Adjust the capping head height according to the bottle size.
3) Place the bottle directly under the capping head.
4) Press the start button to initiate automatic capping.
Remove the capped bottle after sealing is completed.
Machine Application
l Suitable for flat-top plastic and metal screw caps.
Suitable for caps with tubes, pump caps, spray caps, and trigger caps, with manual cap placement onto bottles.
