The linear type Non-carbonated water PET bottle washing, filling and capping machine is special machine for regular 1 gallon, 2 gallons, 5 Liters and 6 liters up to 15 liters bottle. The water filling machine is mainly used in the beverage filling operations. The three functions of bottle wash, fill and seal are composed in one body of the machine. The whole process is automatic. When bottles come to the washing heads, the cylinder will push bottles into the washing heads, and washing heads will reverse the bottles. Then pump will give pressure and washing heads spurting water to wash the bottles. After washing, the bottles will come to the filler. The cylinder will push bottles into the filler, then filling will come down to fill the bottles. After filling the bottles will go to the capping. One bottle will take one lids, then capping machine will screw the lids on the bottle. The handle of the machine can be freely and conveniently turned to adjust the machine to fill various types of bottles. The advanced programmed controller (PLC) is adopted to control the machine to run automatically while a transducer is used in the bottle -entering chains to adjust speeds and coordinated with the transducer of the main machine to make the operations of moving bottle forward steadily and reliably.
