Brief Introduction

This automatic weighing and filling machine is designed for precise quantitative packaging of granular materials such as rice, seeds, sugar, chicken powder, monosodium glutamate, salt, detergent powder, additives, premixes, feed, veterinary medicine, pesticides, fertilizers, and similar products.

To ensure high filling accuracy, the machine utilizes a vibratory feeding hopper with three adjustable speed stages: fast, medium, and slow. The fast stage delivers bulk material until a preset weight is reached, then automatically switches to medium speed. Once the medium target is met, the system transitions to slow speed for fine dosing, stopping precisely when the final weight is achieved.
